Step 1: Fill up and submit the Order Form by clicking Place Order. As we are using a third party free online form application, you will be directed to below page upon successful submission. You can continue shopping at Glitz Pieces by clicking ‘Continue’ on the page. Step 2: When your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice by mail from us stating the total payment amount and our account details. Step 3: Please send us an email when you’ve made the payment. Step 4: Once we receive your payment, your item will be shipped in 2-3 working days. You will then receive a notification email on the shipment details. Special Order You eyed on an item at Glitz Pieces but one of the followings happen to you? The item is out of stock. Size of the item mentioned in the description doesn't fit you. You can submit the order form by specifying 'Special Order' in 'Order Details' text box to place a special order. We will try our best to fulfill your order with the following terms and condition. Within a week (or sooner), we will get back you on the availability of the ordered item and send you the invoice. Once we receive your payment, your item will be shipped in 2-3 working days. You will then receive a notification email on the shipment details. We are regret to inform you in case that we are unable to hunt down the same item. As a make up for turning you down, you will be the first one to browse the our new item(s) by email even before it's posted online.
